When will I receive my order?
All orders made will be shipped in 2-3 working days after complete payment. Normally, the package will arrive in 7-10 days for major countries like US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand). Other countries may experience a slightly longer shipping lead time.

Why I don't receive any shipment notification?
Orders are shipped in 2-3 working days after complete payment. We will send shipment notification once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive any shipment notifcation from us, it's likely that your package is not dispatched yet. Please wait for 2-3 more days to receive the notification. In case you still haven't received the shipment notification from us on the 4th day, please contact us with your Order Number in your enquiry.

Which carrier are you sending my order with?
All orders are shipped via normal air mail provided by Hongkong Post, unless or otherwise specified.

Can you ship my order with Expedite Shipment?
Yes, Expedite Shipment is offered with a surcharge of US$25 for the 1Kg. The delivery lead time is depended on the countries. For examples, US will take 4 days to arrive, and 3 days for Australia.
